Booking & Cancellation Policy
Refill Policy: All lash refills must be booked within 3 weeks (21 -24 days) of your previous appointment. Appointments booked at the 4-week mark or later will not qualify as refills and will be cancelled or, if sufficient time is available, changed to a full set at the full set price. No exceptions.
24-Hour Cancellation Policy: A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for all appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, including no-shows, will incur the full appointment fee. Any outstanding fees must be paid before further appointments can be booked.
